"Enter the Ninja.com" is a 1.0 because it is not a social networking website, this is shown because it is not possible to communicate with other people on the website,  it has AJAX / XML, it has a cartoonish avatar at the top left corner of the page. You cannot not upload photos are customize anything on the site, personally. www.entertheninja.com

"Tagged.com" is a 2.0 website because it has Cloud Computing, you can store information and pictures on it online, instead of storing them in your hard drive. The site also allows you to customize your own profile and make it personally yours, and also letting you send messages to friends and family. www.tagged.com

Khmer.be is a 2.0 website because it's possible to send messages to other users, customize your own profile, upload photos. It is interactive and you can reach the website through cellphones and other devices. http://khmer.be/
